Mine is Se7en because it's about a young couple who travel to the big city while expecting a child and the story culminates in the giving of a religiously motivated gift.

I think I've watched every Satoshi Kon movie except Tokyo Godfathers. Been meaning to watch it but it sounds sappy and christmassy and not like his other movies at all. Someday I'll get to it
