Well, it's definitely intriguing who is funding it (and whatever the answer is, it's probably foreign). However, it's also probably solidly within the realm of free speech. The only way you can probably force the information into the open is if this is somehow a violation of campaign finance laws or something.

This is Canada, we allow tax free status for NGO Right-wing "think tanks" funded by foreign sources, but they do not have to declare those sources, mostly Koch Foundation and Atlas.
