There's no point of fighting the bulette really, even with glut rez it's annoying to navigate terrain. Minimal XP for effort and crap loot. Just run from combat each time.
Minotaurs are easy though. Spectator is much more dangerous in honor mode. Make sure to hit a petrified drow with a ranged attack to spawn it and avoid the surprise round from the cutscene. Keep your team spread out. That's the only dangerous encounter in the underdark really. Grym can be killed by keeping a player up above and chucking down random objects for bludgeoning fall damage, bring lots of heavy things.
I stumbled ass-backwards into the Bulette fight two nights ago and figured eh, what the hell. I had it down in about three rounds. Well worth the 150 XP.
Spectator was surprisingly easy. I did lead off by throwing a water bottle near one of the petrified drow, and that tripped the surprise round while I was well outside combat range. I took it down just fine in my previous Honor Mode attempt, too -- it made the mistake of flying all the way into the fort, where I had Lae'zel and Astarion waiting to tear it to pieces in melee.
And yeah, for Grym, I've been saving every pair of shoes and boots that I find as random loot so I can lob those at him. The only caveat is that you can't get the killing blow with a thrown item. Or, rather, you can, but you miss out on XP. Ring of Flinging + Gloves of Uninhibited Kushigo + Returning Pike on my fighter ought to be good for a laugh too, in spite of his piercing resist.
My new problem is that I haven't triggered the owlbear cub moving to the goblin camp yet, and I'm debating whether to take out the goblin leaders and gamble on him showing up at my camp on his own, or just persist in the doomed world that I have created. Ah! Well. Nevertheless,
