Technically, it's Blood-Gun who ends up killing God by using the Blood Gun to copy the angelic power of the Archangel Michael's flaming sword to shoot a flaming sword bullet into God's heart-core

But DeathKill is the one who shoots through his own neck to make Michael drop the sword in the first place

And this is after they double-kill the souls of every US president to reach the Godhead in the first place
