Wow this is shockingly familiar. Why tf is it happening in Chille, though? Like is anyone even migrating to Chille?

Probably the same reason as in the US. Billionaires need to control people with the coming AI-induced labor crisis, so they need predjudiced, uneducated tools that are brainwashed to blame things on minorities so people fight amongst each other. When 30% of a population experiences food insecurity, they will come for someone. Authoritarians just point to where those people are. All of the poor's problems that are caused by the rich are somehow blamed on "the others".
