My partner uses Clue. It appears to care about data privacy in some resoects...
However, it still fingerprints you for ad tracking svcs (I checked their privacy policy) even if it doesn't necessarily give up sensitive information to marketing or state agencies. For Americans, it's gonna be much better than anything hosted domestically I guess.
It tracks ovulation date relatively well from what she can tell w/ symptoms, but has some paywalled features and isnt open source. You might find that Drip is the absolute best for privacy and auditability, even if it doesnt have certain features (though perhaps they're not impossible to implement some day if you asked..?)
