Serious: good period tracking app? (hexbear.net)

So yeah, my girlfriend had been using and liking Orchyd for her period tracking, but now they're deleting the app for some reason. She's tried a few open source alternatives like "drip." but not convinced because it doesn't give predictions of ovulation, PMS, etc. After searching for a while with her, some of the most popular good-looking options are paywalled, and we've so far settled on MeetYou, an app I found after looking for "Chinese period app", which seems decent but has ads and it's not open source.

What do you people (or your partners) recommend?

i'm interested to learn of some better ones too. been using drip but also don't like it for similar reasons. at least it doesn't steal my data like my old one though, i'm very wary of anything not open source and offline at this point.
