When I first started eating healthy I bought healthy snacks too. Then watching the serving size with a food scale.

I then realized I can still eat the crap junk food I did before just keep to the serving size.

There's more to eating healthy than just calories and quantities. It's not healthy to eat most of those junk foods, especially sugar

Sugar isn't bad for you. Just the amount.

It is like cyanide isn't bad for you, just the amount. There is cyanide in a fresh apple.

Yeah. I kept eating junk but it's easier to ween off instead of dropping all junk cold turkey.

This is why I mentioned I stopped buying Oreos and switched to fruit/nuts.
