You just have to learn to recognize the writing. There are also smart quotes instead of the regular quotes that you would find on your keyboard and em dashes. That's when I got a little suspicious and decided to check out the website JavaScript and found lots of comments that would be unnatural for a human to write. You can check it by opening your Dev Tools on FireFox/Chrome.
