I wouldn't want to meet these pups' owners

I don't understand why people are upset that these dogs are well cared for. Here in Sweden it is cold a large part of the year and it is common that dogs without a winter coat wear a jacket or overalls. My doggo loves the cold and does not need one but most of his sighthound friends do.

It's not a dog with clothes... it's a dog with clothes that seem entirely for fashion and not protection

Their feet are bare and, living in Canada, I can tell you that a tight sweater is no protection for the cold at all...

This looks like normal dog clothes to me. A sweater is necessary but quite sufficient for a grey hound or a whippet because of their coat but dogs are normally without shoes in the winter unless the snow is particularly harsh and icy.

I think this is all a knee jerk reaction because people think it is posh when it is not.

I have a greyhound, they do not like booties but tolerate the pajamas

good, then make sure to get them a pajama that cuts the wind, otherwise, they'll just be as cold in a few mins

They're certainly fashionable but they also look fairly warm to me, I don't think it's fair to say they're not for protection.
