Ethan made a 2-hour long anti-Hasan video where the big accusation is that Hasan is a communist. Ethan encouraged people to watch the video and then sued the people he doesn't like, eg Kaceytron, Denims, Frogan. Asmongold also reacted to the video and is not being sued.

i mean it's easy for me to say i wouldn't have done it but fuck, if someone with Ethan's money comes after you in the American system, what choice do you have? Forcing someone into financial ruin with the courts is basically a state sanctioned murder in this society, if you can't somehow crowdsource the resources to resist, your options are to look bad for a minute or die.
