His declaration on “Truth Social” of a “no-fly zone” in all of Venezuela’s skies and the surrounding area is blatantly illegal and a brazen violation of Venezuela’s sovereignty. Absolutely. There is nothing legal about it at all. It’s literally “I’m bigger and have a bigger gun too.”
Presumably Venezuela gave a legal order in response. I think that's what I was missing.
