I'm no expert but the blast shield failed to engage (the 20 ton protective metal "wall"), or so I understand it, so the full jet blew away everything beneath. The ruskies says it's not much damage (but they tend to always say that), Jake Broe says 2 years of repairs.

So let's see I guess.
