I think it's funny for them to invoke Brandolini's Law when the dynamic is that you are going through such an effort to debunk their accusations and they just go "nah." But no, they are the ones with the Herculean task.

I looked it up. It means bullshit takes more time/energy to disprove than it does to spread bullshit. "Lies travel the world while the truth is still getting its boots on," as the saying goes.
Ew. Yet another thing I fucking despise about libs, it's how they will take some vague saying or truism and proclaim that it is a "law" and therefore an immutable part of reality.
