As someone in IT, they won't read that page and will still try to get a refund due to missing pages 😁

My boss actually makes people open their laptop and look up the email they ignored, so they can follow the original instructions. It's painful to watch, is terrible customer service, but he definitely gets the desired result, which is to be left alone.
