I need to know why America thinks it has the leverage to issue demands any more

Also didnt the us block the PRC from buying chips

Typical imperialist arrogant that's why. They're still thinking that they hold all the cards while dealing with China.

Regarding the chip buying, they still have a bunch of trash (probably with spyware built-in) exclusively offered to China. Those are the ones that no one in their right mind are buying which made the US mad
