They hatch in waves so hit the room with fresh powder around the time they are set to hatch again after the initial. 3 weeks out then 4 months. Good luck, they will drive you insane if not delt with properly and can easily come in from other infested apartments. So definately don't wait for whatever half assery the landlord comes up with if they are in the whole building you need an earth circle of protection refreshed every few weeks forever until the landlord does the earth treatment to the whole building for 4 months just to be sure.
