Omgggg I was msging colleague about why I wasn't in the office today etc. and mentioned the rain, he said yeh I got soaked. Then I made lame your mum joke about her getting soaked last night ... As you do. (We have very childish banter, it fits) and he said lame joke my mum died earlier this year. I was so sure he was playing along because of our normal banter. I doubled down and said I doubted that because she wouldn't have been so wet if that was true....... Then radio silence. I asked one of our mutual friends if his mum had actually died this year and they confirmed she had. Holy fuck kill me ๐๐๐
