It’s a bit like asking: How many of you are currently torturing people or planning to do so in the near future? Even if you aren’t actively participating in such heinous crimes, but your best buddy is, and you don’t want to sever the relationship, that counts as well.
We know at least 2 of those 3 do it. Then you have Argentina who really wants to be part of the group chat
It's not even that, a good chunk of the countries who voted yes probably are currently torturing people or planning to do so in the near future. Ffs North Korea voted yes. These are just the countries self righteous enough to think torturing is a good thing and are willing to go on record to say so.
That is a good point. I wonder what they are planning.
