Nope, and neither do you: the oft-repeated “3 days” line was said by a US state department ghoul who was ascribing that attitude to the Russians.

That was actually none other than US most senior military officer at the time, general Mark Milley before the Russia joined the war in 2022 probably as a traditional fearmongering to get more cash for military.
