While relations with Columbia and Trump have chilled over boat murders, they participated in immigrant rendition program, and are a CIA approved colonial government.

I'm not sure I'd put Colombia's current government under Petro as "CIA approved", but I'd like to hear your thoughts if you genuinely hold this position.
