They didn't want to tattoo their fingertips.

Palm tattoos are already super painful so it is really stupid that they decided to skip the worst 20% of it to make the whole tattoo look fucking terrible.

It's really a wonder why this person bothered in the first place. Go through 80% of the pain just to walk away with something that's literally worse than nothing.
