It isn't a secret the CIA's investment venture capital fund thingy is called In-Q-tel and they invest in a lot of upcoming tech including early facebook. It is speculation but the NSA was basically building a facebook manually to link people to eachother post 911 then came along social media and they focused resources into it. Probs did some mk-ultra shit and here were are.
