I got grip/extenders for my SteamDeck, and it really helped out my hands. I still can't play all day on it, but I've noticed a definite improvement.
I've definitely thought about it. What do you use?

Just a cheap, 3d-printed addon. There are a few variations that I've seen. My issue is that my hands are too big (and old), so you might have to look for something more focused on your specific nerve-issues.
