In the UK, maybe other places, apple still has to use normal sim cards. All except that Air, because it just cant. Theres no room. I might have given the phone a shot, if I could have just popped my sim in and took it for a spin. But with having to fuck about with esims, the answer was no.

I wouldnt say no to a new mini though...
