Spaghetti limbs on the lower child I think. The game does that with animations sometimes
It's a common mod glitch. It looks horrible when you enable adult interactions for kids without providing a converted animation, and it's not as bad when you enable child interactions for toddlers, but yeah, it shouldn't be happening with an official object's default allowed ages.
Despite that, it's also a common bug with new gameplay objects, because the studio are cheap bastards who never spend resources on testing.
