"materialists" and supporters of AES in every other instance, when the socialist mayor, of the greatest city in the world, doesn't say the magic words.
waiting gleefully for ya'll to start Sakai posting and calling Zohran a white settler lmao
He is not socialist he is an establishment politician from the party of blue wearing conservatives.
This is a hilariously naive take. "Establishment politician" that has been in state assembly for 4 years, elected there also as an open socialist? His main opp Cuomo was literally the establishment.
Openly socialist while calling Cuba and Venezuela dictatorships and backtracking on all his rhetoric about Israel...
Also try whitewashing Obama while you are at it. This is where this path leads to.
he's DSA doing entryism. so, not socialist, but it's very silly to say he's the establishment when the establishment tried so fucking hard to keep him out.
If they tried keeping him out he wouldn't even be on the ballot paper.
he won a primary and built his whole thing during the primary campaign, there was no reason to prevent a bunch of nobodies and minor functionaries from getting on the ballot.
it's willfully ignorant to call him an establishment politician.
