Biggest thing is it’s not going to be optically clear. So if the area is still visible then you’re losing that area. Also it’s probably going to fuck with the digitizer and it’s going to think you’re permanently touching that area.
I’d just buy some el cheapo screen protector and put that over it.

Good point. Do they still make rear glass protectors?
But if it’s the rear then fuck it. As long as it doesn’t soak deep into the phone. Maybe do one drop at a time.
