I tried to sleep through the night the best I could, ~~but now have the dry horrors~~. Sipping slowly.

Melbcat has breakfasted and requires cuddles. I’m going to try and get her to finish the last little skerrick and then apply her nose cream.

Looking at an old picture I did and wondering why I’m so much better at drawing objects than people.

Edit: I mean to say it’s that unpleasant anxious dry throat stage of dehydration that makes you feel terrible. I’m not experiencing delirium tremens

I wondered the same about myself with drawing, my people always seem 2D. I think, for me anyway, it's because objects are kind of static whereas people have this sort of life essence that's hard to capture.

I think people are a lot more complicated with more parts :(

When I draw people's faces there's a liveliness that's missing, they all look like zombies or on drugs lol.
