This piqued my interest, so I went and grabbed it.

It says it's added it to my library, but it's not in my library and I can't see any way to install it. It says I can 'manage consents' in the privacy setting of my GOG account, but I can find no such setting, nor do I understand why it's even giving that message. Is it R rated, or something? There's no indication of that on the store page, either. Anyone got any ideas how to fix it?

Sometimes there just is a delay when adding something to your library

AFAIK it’s due to them being overwhelmed frequently by the numbers of people redeeming free stuff
