We're animals, we shouldn't be afraid of the environment we evolved in. The ongoing and rising obsession with cleanliness is not a good thing.
If Ivory stops making their traditional soap, I think I'll need to start making my own to avoid antibacterials.
Ivory makes bacterial soap?
Soap itself is anti-bacterial, and anti-viral, as soap lyses their cell membranes/ capsids. And most soap products have started to add stronger chemical antibacterial compounds.
Oh so that traditional soap would have less compounds.

There's plenty to worry about in the environment we evolved in. And I'm not even australian. :)
I'm surprised they're your only option. Where I am in the US I think every store (like target, walmart, maybe dollar stores, probably drug stores) brand has a basic bar soap that isn't antibacterial
I can see why that'd be frustrating. My mom accidentally got anti-bacterial hard surface cleaning spray concentrate because she wanted to get me the lemon scent (I love lemon). Its gonna take me ages to go through it lol. I hope they make the lemon in a non anti-bacterial version
