I despise the posts here constantly whining about .ml about basically nothing.
Users go there to call everyone a Tankie, then get banned, and then make whine posts here as if they got banned for no reason.
I dont get this
They think being against authoritarians means you're a Reddit-style neoliberal.
I think it's more about tribalism. I have seen both good and bad takes on both .ml and .world. I think Lemmy is slowly losing the civil conversations that could be had here before.
Do you not remember the chaos back in 2023 and 2024?
It's become much more civil, not less.
