There is allegedly more. During Attorney General Pam Bondi’s recent Senate hearing, for instance, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., asked about “photos of President Trump with half-naked young women.” Bondi refused to answer.

While we still don’t know the full extent of the information the FBI collected on Epstein and his buddies, Trump’s determination to bury the evidence shows he’s deeply worried about the truth getting out. There can be little doubt that Johnson knows he’s covering for a sexual abuser. This has been adjudicated twice by civil courts, with juries finding that Carroll told the truth when she said Trump sexually abused her in a department store dressing room. There is also a tape of Trump bragging about grabbing women by the genitals in a way that directly echoes Carroll’s experience.

What evidence do any of us need to see and what are we expecting to change once we see it? You listed one specific example among many where we already learned that Trump is without a doubt a rapist. Why are we talking about new information as if it's going to make a material difference in our treatment of him as a nation? We've seen the way this plays out multiple times now. The right will pretend it doesn't matter and the left will bitch about it toothlessly on the internet. That's where this ends no matter what is in those files.

Its a focusing lens. It matters and it could funnel the amount of rage in the collective US populace at the administration.

In a socialogical perspective it's incredibly important and could be the difference between descending into daily violence and stochastic terrorism to directing real change against the administration and the corruption that allowed it to happen in the first place.

From a psychological perspective, it gives an "out" or "off-ramp" (In reality they are at minimum pissed about price inflation). "Well I wanted everything he talked about, but I won't support a pedophile". Politics is teams sports apparently, if you build up momentum people will naturally abandon the perceived losing team.

Bingo. It's the off ramp people who aren't happy with Trump but support him through peer and family pressure.

For example; If and when the utterly damning evidence comes out in a fire hose, I'm taking every opportunity to yell at my MAGA neighbor that he supports kiddie fuckers.

Yup. I am making Grand Old Pedophile signs and putting them up in my yard the day it breaks and not taking them down until this administration is over.
