you can fix all of these issues at once by covering the lights with duct tape!
That's what the dealership will do. A real mechanic would pull the instrument cluster fuse.
Careful with that though, the blinker fluid indicator is not displaying, you might start a fire if you dehydrate and cocoon them!
My old man shared me this trick you can use in a pinch when you're low on blinker fluid: Salt water.
