How do you steer that thing?
One part goes in your ass and the other in your mouth. Or wait, maybe that was something else...
Might be something to do with the round thing the guy has his hand on.
Well, I know what a steering wheel is. I'm asking how that would work.

Cool. Looks fun, although a bit awkward. Looks really difficult mechanically, though - a motorbike arrangement gives you a lot more space to play with, and the chassis is much simpler.
The speed record on one of those is nearly 100 km/h, although balance is complicated by the enormous set of balls you require to attempt it.

So the steering wheel is just to look cool?
Like a motorcycle. You have to put your hands somewhere while you ride, put controls - brake, accelerator, transmission - somewhere, might as well be hand grip/wheel.
