I would have snipped at least one valve stem with the pliers I usually have in my car. And I would have been sorely tempted to pull one of those pudgy Nazis off that poor dude.

Easier to get the mask wet from a safe distance. Considering how long this clusterfuck sideshow went on, any one of those bystanders could've pissed into an empty soda bottle or something to dump on the pigs' heads/squeeze into their mouths... Watch 'em scramble and scurry then!
