I guarantee there's a bylaw there that dogs need to be on leash. These laws exist for good reasons and it's not up to an individual to decide "ah, well, this one doesn't apply to me."
I'm a dog owner and dog lover. I don't care for the way he treats his dog, but that's my opinion. I don't really believe that he didn't shock that dog.
But I've already spent infinitely more time today thinking about some influencer than I cared to, so I'll leave it there.
Sure, you're entitled to your opinion but this statement is just factually wrong. And you've doubled down on lying about animal abuse for some weird reason
