Seriously, I had a roommate that left one here, and I found it six months later, outside of its pot, lying on its side. Yes, it is still alive. No, it did not have water any of those six months. Now it's got this funky bend in it, though.
Most time, I'm just trying to prevent my cats from destroying it.
