What is STEAMOS considered?
SteamOS is considered Steam Deck. ProtonDB separates devices into three platforms: PC, Steam Deck and ChromeOS.
It's not on the chart.
Is this a reliable set of stats then?
This is PC operating systems which by ProtonDB definition excludes Steam Deck. See https://boilingsteam.com/cachy-os-keeps-spreading-and-takes-second-place-among-linux-distros/index.html for more information.
The most reliable stats would be the Steam hardware survey.
