Sounds much easier to just not use the internet at all, after all that.
Good luck with that. I assume that you'll maybe make a day, a week max, before you give up and use the internet again. It is much easier to start training healthier habits than it is to ditch the internet.
Its like excessive sugar, alcohol and other bad habits: it is okay to have them and you should blame capitalism for having them, but you should never just assume you dont have a choice. Especially as a leftist, this shit is lifepreserving, much more than ditching cigarettes.
