Dude was up to something, nobody goes to Wisconsin for golf and there are no random drivebys in Sheboygan Falls either.

Edit after more info: seems he was there for a golf tournament. Apparently some people do in fact go to Wisconsin for golf. It seems this guy ticked off someone local.

Sorry for speculating.

Sheboygan actually hosted the PGA at Whistling Straits awhile back.

I agree with the lack of drive-bys.
