Yeah the story behind this is Wild by the way. ~~Nancy Pelosi~~Dianne Feinstein just really wanted to display a Confederate flag. Kept putting the damn thing up. Moral of the story is ~~Nancy Pelosi~~ Dianne Feinstein has always sucked.

I know it was pre-interwebs so I'm not finding anything about it, but a search just shows a bunch of anti-confederate flag bills and statements she made later.

That's because I fucked up and I meant Dianne Feinstein. She was the mayor at the time.
