Wowo. Public washrooms. What an idea. But I guess a public washroom in Vancouver is news worthy. Maybe we can spread this amazing, new idea to other parts of the city to reduce the smell of piss and shit in the alleys and sidewalks. Maybe a bit too progressive tho
