I really hope they get the union. I have a friend who is a nurse in Iowa and he has confirmed how it's rare they get any breaks, are constantly overworked and hardly ever get two days off in a row. If Unity point is fighting it this hard it's because they know they owe everything they have to their nursing staff but want to keep it at the top.
