Let me know if this doesn't count as gardening, but went to a community orchard at a local park for apple picking, all free just paid for parking, almost 8kg apples worth. (lemmy.world)

I would think with all that fiber you'd have the opposite problem...

There becomes a point where the amount of fiber is too much fiber lol
