All I'll say is that you should always do final edits. I'm a fan of using prompts like "here's a job ad, here's my current resume, what would you do to make my resume more appealing for an AI agent" and then going from there with some edits/tailoring. Don't fully outsource the actual changes though - use it like an editor/suggestion box and make judgement calls. The reactive resume tool linked looks very interesting tho.
