For the past few years any time there’s a public shooting, political or not, fascists immediately begin pushing a narrative that the shooter had some connection to the trans community, anarchist or communist politics, to migrant or Black communities. These are always tenuous claims but now with multiple racist lynchings following Kirk’s death, it’s time to recognize the danger of these kinds of mythmakings. They are calls to violence.

It's totally funny and silly, because their dangerous and deliberate behavior has been on-going since day 1 and humor is a coping mechanism. Don't believe me? Ask the cancelled late night hosts.
