"As revolutionaries, we don't have the right to say that we're tired of explaining. We must never stop explaining. We also know that when the people understand, they cannot but follow us. In any case, we, the people, have no enemies when it comes to peoples. Our only enemies are the imperialist regimes and organizations." Thomas Sankara, 1985

Yeah, the whole story on the suspect seems way too tidy and contrived, and US cops have lied plenty before, nothing stopping them lying some more. It reminds me a lot of the case with the health insurance CEO, how they caught the suspect so fast based on someone supposedly recognizing them at a fast food place or something. Now with this one, we are supposed to believe they admitted what they did to a parent who shared it with a youth pastor who contacted federal marshals. And had a convenient (for LE) discord account pointed at by unnamed "friends" with messages that pointed to weapon location and meme level markings on bullets. All of this investigation happening within something like 48 hours of the incident? There are aspects of it that are certainly not impossible, but the whole picture of it together is a very convenient package for the fascists.
