We sure it’s about Israel and not the US if it’s from 2004? US does this to everyone
In 2004 the US invaded Iraq following the current war with Afghanistan after the towers fell. This comic has two buildings that look a lot like the World Tade Center.
If this isn't about israel I grabbed the wrong one. There is one that is just like this that very definitely is. I see the two towers looking buildings there, but I didn't think that was intentional. I'll see if I can find out.
Edit: I don't have the original context currently, but this URL suggests that in 2012 people believed this to be about Israel.

Nah Israel has been doing this for like 5 decades now, this is NOT a new thing. I saw this shit on the news as a kid, 40 years ago at least
