eh... I make browies out of beans so... yeah, sure, I'll eat it.
I've made sweet potato (kumara) hummus before and it was plenty sweet enough, no need to add sugar. The vanilla bean is a HET from me, too
Pumpkin flesh isn't usually all that sweet, so I can understand the added sugar. The vanilla I could take or leave.
I feel like its not hummus if it doesn't have garlic
